Product questions
Q. Are your products Australian made?
Yes. All Liquichem products are formulated and packed in Australia. We manufacture locally to maintain quality control and keep supply chains short.
Q. What sizes do your products come in?
Most products are available in 5L, 20L, 200L and 1000L. Some products have additional size options. Check individual product pages for specific availability.
Q. Are your products concentrated or ready to use?
It depends on the product. Many of our cleaning and sanitisation products are concentrated and designed to be diluted before use. Product labels and SDS documents include recommended dilution ratios. Some products like IPA, brake cleaner and tyre shine are ready to use as supplied.
Q. Can I get Safety Data Sheets for your products?
Yes. SDS documents are available for every product in our range. Visit our Safety Data Sheets page or contact us and we'll send them through.
Q. Do you make custom formulations?
We can. If you have a specific requirement that our standard range doesn't cover, get in touch with our team and we'll discuss whether a custom blend is feasible for your application and volume.

Ordering and supply
Q. How do I order in NSW vs other states?
In New South Wales, we partner with A Cleaners Dream Supplies for all orders and customer support. Outside NSW (VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT), order direct from Liquichem at sales@liquichem.com.au or 02 9823 4132.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
For standard online orders there is no minimum. For trade and bulk pricing, minimums may apply depending on the product and quantity. Contact us for details.
Q. Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. If you're ordering regularly or in larger volumes, get in touch and we'll put together pricing that works for your business. We supply everyone from small operators to large facilities.
Q. Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Australia. Metro areas are typically serviced within a few business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer depending on location. See our Shipping page for more info.
Q. Can I set up a regular supply account?
Yes. If you need recurring deliveries we can set up an account with agreed pricing and a regular delivery schedule. Contact our team to get started.

Becoming a distributor
Q. How do I become a distributor?

Q. Do I need experience in chemical distribution?
It helps, but it's not a requirement. If you have an established customer base in a relevant industry and the ability to move product, we're happy to discuss it regardless of your background in chemicals specifically.
Q. Are exclusive territories available?
Yes, for the right partners. Territory arrangements depend on commitment levels and volume. We'll discuss specifics during the application process.
